Store Policies

The terms below apply to all purchases, repairs, and custom orders. By purchasing from DNR Jewelers, you agree to these terms.

1. General Policy

At DNR Jewelers, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality jewelry, watches, repairs, and custom pieces. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unworn, non-custom, and non-altered items.
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Custom jewelry, engraved items, and altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

2.2 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must meet the same conditions as returns.
  • Store credit may be issued for exchanges if a suitable replacement is unavailable.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, engraved pieces, and personalized jewelry.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Watches that have been worn or altered.

3. Warranty & Repairs

3.1 Warranty Coverage

  • We offer a 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or lost stones.
  • Watch warranties are covered by the manufacturer and vary by brand.

3.2 Repairs & Services

  • We offer professional jewelry repairs, resizing, and watch servicing.
  • Repair costs vary based on the complexity of the work.
  • Repairs not covered under warranty will be charged accordingly.

4. Custom Jewelry & Special Orders

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom pieces.
  • Production time varies based on design complexity and material availability.
  • Once production has started, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
  • Clients will receive a final approval design before work begins.

5. Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and financing options.
  • All online and in-store purchases must be paid in full before the item is released.
  • Layaway Plan: A minimum 40% deposit is required, with payments completed within 90 days.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via insured carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
  • DNR Jewelers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered."
  • In-Store Pickup: Available for online orders with proper ID verification.

7. Appraisals & Authentication

  • We offer jewelry appraisals for insurance and valuation purposes.
  • Appraisal costs vary depending on the item.
  • We do not authenticate third-party jewelry or watches.

8. Price Matching & Discounts

  • We do not offer price matching but occasionally run special promotions.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
  • Sales and promotions are subject to change without notice.
